We promise to have your project completed on time, on the agreed completion date. Meaning, you will be able to plan any potential moving arrangements and accommodation according to signed contract date.
If we can't fill this promise, we will pay you $150 per business day, or we cover your temporary rental costs, which is greater until the project is finished.
Built to budget
The price is the price
We are honest, thorough and stand by our quotes. Unlike some builders, we are firmly against the practice of loading quotes with prime cost items sums only to sting you with actual costings once we have won the build.
This does mean in tenders we may not appear to be the cheapest which is another reason why we include a free price comparison session after we have submitted our quote to ensure a level playing field.
Our fixed price is relative to the new work that we have scoped and referred to in the quoted documents.
Communication

Maintaining an effective line of communication throughout the building process is a high priority for us, but an area where many other builder and client relationships breakdown.
Throughout your project, we will keep a constant and open dialogue with you. You will receive a job specific client weekly report, keeping you up to date on building matters such as building progress, trade scheduling, variations and critical path items.
Meaning, you won't have any sudden unexpected surprises.

Unlike larger building companies, K2 Homes only take on a minimum of 2 jobs at a time. This ensures that our team is never spread too thin, that our quality control is constantly managed and adhered to, and that your project is built in a timely manner without pauses in construction or weeks when no-one is on site.
One construction begins, you'll also have access to our friendly and dedicated team who will always be available to answer any queries you may have along the journey.
